The Assistant Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant including bar if applicable, maintaining established quality and service standards, maximizing profits, controlling expenses, and ensuring sanitation, safety and food quality. This position will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the dining room, by directing the activity of staff, facilitates the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests. This position will also assist in coaching, counseling and developing their team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is required to adhere to the mission and values of Widewaters Hotels, LLC.
The Banquet Captain is responsible for providing assistance to the Banquet Manager in coordinating, supervising, training and directing all banquet personnel to ensure the success of all banquet events while maintaining high standards of service. The Controller is to keep the records of the Company in a sound, timely, accurate manner. This employee is responsible for maintaining all needed internal controls and documentation required by Corporate and/or General Manager. This position will oversee the financial functions, accounts payable, credit and collection functions; all automated and management information systems and personnel function of the Accounting Department. The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining the maintenance operation for the exterior and interior facilities, including but not limited to life safety issues, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, structural, finishes, landscaping and grounds, and all areas of the hotel’s physical plant.
The Executive Chef has total responsibility for the main kitchen, banquets, and culinary staff for leading these areas. The Executive Chef is responsible for leading by example and developing their staff as assets for the hotel. They direct food preparation, production and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities at the hotel and ensure that the kitchen provides fresh, appealing, properly flavored foods while focusing on food costs.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing consistent excellent service to guests/clients before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout. This employee will be responsible for registration, checkout, and cashiering.
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and assisting the Front Office managerial personnel in the overall operation of the Front Office. This employee will ensure that front desk communications meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction. This employee will act as the main contact for guest and other hotel departments in the absence of Front Office managerial personnel or as required.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for efficient operations of the entire housekeeping department; this includes supervising the entire housekeeping staff, and providing coaching, counseling and training.
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for cleaning, transporting, storing all kitchen utensils, cookware, bakeware, glassware, silverware, china, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen storage rooms, and employee break area. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the guest rooms of the hotel in accordance to hotel standards in a timely manner. The Room Attendant is also responsible for maintaining the floor hallways, carts, linen closets, etc. The Room Attendant is required to adhere to the mission and values of Widewaters Hotels, LLC.
The Server is responsible for providing consistent excellent service to guests/clients of the facilities and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests in a professional, hospitable manner to enhance the guest experience. This employee will be required to set up and breakdown respective dining space. The Server is required to adhere to the mission and values of Widewaters Hotels, LLC.
The Sous Chef assists in managing the kitchen. The Sous Chef is responsible for training, supervising, and working with all cooks and culinary staff to prepare, cook, and present food in accordance to hotel standard recipes in order to create consistent quality food products. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef in maintaining control for cost and quality. The Sous Chef is required to adhere to the mission and values of Widewaters Hotels, LLC.
The Spa Cosmetologist performs a unique array of treatments and provides information about home care designed to address the primary nail care and personal appearance needs of our clients. The Spa Cosmetologist will deliver the most therapeutically beneficial, professionally elegant and consistent esthetic treatment available to our customers. The Spa Reception Agent welcomes all hotel guests using the spa facility. This employee will focus on delivering exceptional guest service and support. The Spa Reception Agent will promote the facility and its services to hotel guests and the community through innovative and cost effective means.
